At Be Well Ergo, we are certified as Accredited Office Ergonomic Evaluators and provide tailored workstation evaluation services to meet the unique needs of each of your team members. We carefully listen to an individual's concerns, observe work style and habits, assess the physical space and learn about job tasks then, make suggestions for workspace furniture and technology adjustments. We will make the physical adjustments on the spot and provide coaching to each team member ensuring they are comfortable, productive, reducing the risk of fatigue and injury.
Following the evaluation, a comprehensive report will be provided along with follow-up directly with the employee to see if they have any additional requirements and to verify the adjustments made were successful. The report will summarize the findings, action steps taken and additional suggestions for improvement. This report is helpful for ongoing reference by the employee and for any applicable workers compensation or employment documentation.
