ON-SITE ERGONOMIC WORKSTATION EVALUATIONS
Comprehensive, in-person ergonomic workstation evaluations address the ergonomic needs of an individual and allow for identification of challenges with posture and technology/furniture set up and provide immediate resolution with personalized adjustments and coaching. This improves comfort, well-being and productivity by reducing fatigue and the risk of injury.
VIRTUAL ERGONOMIC WORKSTATION EVALUATIONS
Are you or your employees working from a home office or off-site location perhaps without the benefits of an adjustable workspace and struggling with discomfort or fatigue? Virtual ergonomic workstation evaluations achieve the same goals as in-person sessions but are conducted via video at your convenience, in any location. Consider this approach when in-person visits are not possible or practical.
ON-SITE WORKSTATION ERGONOMIC

WHO WE ARE
Be Well Ergo was founded by Lisa Barday to serve the ergonomic and well being needs of clients by providing comprehensive, customized and professional ergonomic services for businesses of all sizes and market sectors.
Lisa is certified by NC State as an Accredited Office Ergonomics Evaluator (AOEE) and by The Back School as a Remote Ergonomics Assessment Specialist (REAS) as well as an Advanced Office Ergonomics Assessment Specialist (AOEAS). She has an extensive background in ergonomic practices, training content development, practical experience with all aspects of office furniture and is a seasoned public speaker and knowledge leader. She has authored several articles and developed a number of continuing education certification units. Lisa is also WELL AP and LEED AP certified.
Her previous background as a Facilities Manager and as an Interior Designer provides a unique perspective of the needs of clients having walked in their shoes for many years. She is an active member of the International Facilities Management Association and Workplace Evolutionaries Community and a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals.
